- Run the tablet handoff with first–then language and a predictable ritual

Bedtime, rebuilt
You will learn to:
- Set up the sensory environment for sleep
- Handle curtain calls and "one more water" without a standoff
- Fade your presence gradually if your child needs you nearby to fall asleep
